Will I go to jail for the credit card fraud i commited ? ?
i committed fraud 2 months ago I stopped using the card in January Of this year ... my job approached me about it I came clear about everything I didn't lie. I used it for food clothes and gas I explained why I did it and he said thank u for being honest. but they had to let me go he informed me that a police report would e filed. it was about $750 worth. he told me it woul be up to the police. and etc on what happens whether it's court a warrant or etc. will they send me to jail. I feel really bad but what's done is done and now I have to suffer the consequences

angry Bird Ok im abit confused and i need your help. Ive just got my report but i need some help understanding it. Ok So ive noticed there is a default on my account. The amount is for 281 It says account opened sept 2006. Last updated 13th feb 2012 Default date 10th novemeber 2007 and removed from file november 2013 so does this mean nov 13 is when that amount will come off my file? or does it keep updating until paid off ? I know you said leave it alone, dont touch this small amount. but i got confused when i saw last updated 13 feb 2012 this is the first credit report ive got so it couldnt be that ? please help and sorry to directly ask you angry bird but you've been a great help xx

They screwed up my account by taking money out on the wrong date. We made a 'agreement' over the phone, which i found now is not the right thing to do, i should have gotten it in writing. Well I dont want to go through with my payment plan of $100 every two weeks now that I dont trust this agency...its the world financial network bank. Its a victorias secret credit card, and I had family issues i had to end up paying for college not this credit card anymore until i could and now i can. Its only $400 that i owe...What should I do now as I dont think i can pay victorias secret dicrectly. I know of my mistake i just need advice on what to do now.

Can my credit card be charge a cash advance without enter in pin #?
I made a payment to a dealer for someone using my card credit card. Now, my card was charge as a " cash advance" for that transaction. I would like to know how my card be charge as cash advance when I didn't enter no pin number. I had to pay cash advance fee to my bank for this.Why? I call my bank they said some merchant machine charge as cash advance but I am don't understand that. Can someone break it down to me. I have never did a cash advance on any credit card. I'll never will. My understanding is I told the dealer " credit" . I didn't say debit. If I did say, debit wouldn't I have to enter in my pin ? Do you think anyone think I should dispute this charge? The $15 cash advance fee is hard to come by for me. Plus, it wasn't my payment I was making a payment for someone else. I thought my card be charge as purchase. I have paid several dealers, local loan company and was never charge a cash advance fee. Can anyone explain?

I was going to apply for a credit card I have an 897 equifax credit card but I don't know what my scores are for the other 2 bureaus but 897 is pretty darn good so what I'm asking is that what are my chances of grtting accepted because u don't want to apply and not get accepted and it downs my score also I was wandering what credit bureau they look at is it equifax specifically this is for a best buy card
